📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform on-site technical support for retail and consumer product clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain technical equipment and systems as required by clients.
• Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Document all technical activities and provide detailed reports to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Proficient in using technical tools and software such as ServiceNow, Jira, and other relevant IT support platforms.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems, including POS systems, network devices, and security solutions.
• Certifications in IT support, networking, or a related field are a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
