📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the distribution network across Bali's key regions, including Denpasar, Ubud, and Jimbaran.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Utilize SAP and JDE to streamline distribution processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the logistics or distribution industry.
• Proven experience with SAP and JDE, with a strong understanding of their functionalities and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of the logistics and distribution industry in Bali, including local regulations and best practices.
