📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and matcha beverages with precision and creativity.
• Master the art of latte art and other specialty coffee drinks.
• Ensure the café maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee preparation techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in coffee and matcha preparation.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and innovative drink presentations.
• Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are well-stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant experience for all patrons.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Certification in Barista or Coffee Brewing (e.g., SCA, WCC, or similar).
• Deep knowledge of coffee and matcha preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
