📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 1 support for the OpenShift platform, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Monitor the health and performance of the OpenShift cluster, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications, working closely with development teams.
• Document and maintain comprehensive knowledge base for common issues and solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure timely response to critical incidents.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement improvements to the OpenShift environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in container technology and OpenShift.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new features and capabilities for the OpenShift platform.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in OpenShift or similar container orchestration platforms.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Certification in Red Hat OpenShift or similar is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
