As the Head of Outdoor Education, you will lead a team of passionate educators and guides to design and deliver immersive learning experiences that blend adventure, creativity, and personal growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative outdoor education programs that align with our clients' objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of educators and guides to ensure high-quality delivery of our programs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design customized learning experiences.
• Oversee the safety and well-being of participants, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local communities and stakeholders to foster sustainable and impactful programs.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
• Represent People Profilers at industry events and conferences to build our brand and network.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our programs remain cutting-edge and relevant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Outdoor Education, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outdoor education, experiential learning, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Certification in First Aid, Wilderness First Aid, or a similar qualification.
• Strong understanding of environmental sustainability and community engagement principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel frequently to various locations in Bali and beyond.
