📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire construction process from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the smooth execution of construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Manage a team of site supervisors and workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful integration of construction activities with other project phases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in a similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
