📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of luxury properties and resorts, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage a team of estate managers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
• Implement and monitor property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or Cloudbeds to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve operational performance, guest experiences, and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless coordination and integration.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the estate management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury property and resort management, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in property management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or Cloudbeds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and stakeholders.
