📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of finance, accounting, and tax professionals, ensuring they meet their performance targets and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.
• Manage the tax compliance process, ensuring all tax filings are accurate and submitted on time.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.
• Monitor and manage the budgeting process, ensuring it aligns with company goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and GAAP.
• Certification in tax compliance and financial reporting is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of achieving financial goals and targets.
