📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Work closely with the team to ensure quality standards are met
  • Conduct site inspections and report on progress
  • Manage and supervise subcontractors and workers
  • Ensure safety standards are met on all sites
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and planning sessions

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws and regulations
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
  • Experience in managing large-scale construction projects is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
