Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage a team of telesales agents, providing guidance and support.,Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase products and network with industry professionals.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns and complaints.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales or a similar role in the dental industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of dental products, services, and industry trends.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
