📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Monitor store performance and sales targets, providing regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the store.,Manage store budget and expenses, ensuring financial efficiency.,Organize and participate in store events and promotions.,Train and develop new store staff to ensure high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store administration role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
