Bay Local Indonesia is looking for a talented and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Kelapa Gading. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead and mentor HR team members.
  • Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
