📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Office of Patient Experience, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and experience.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and engagement.,Oversee the collection and analysis of patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to address patient concerns and ensure timely resolution.,Foster a culture of patient-centered care across the hospital.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient experience initiatives.,Collaborate with senior management to align patient experience goals with organizational objectives.,Represent the hospital in patient experience forums and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or patient experience management.,Proven track record in managing and improving patient satisfaction and experience.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
