PT Hasta Kartika is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our remote store in Surabaya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.,Manage and train a team of store staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics, such as sales, inventory turnover, and customer feedback.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and drive sales.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
