📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage household staff to ensure seamless daily operations, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Organize and execute high-end events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all logistics are handled flawlessly.
• Maintain and update event schedules, guest lists, and operational plans using tools like Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.
• Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and meeting the unique needs of clients.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety in all operations.
• Handle client communications, including confirmations, updates, and feedback, to maintain strong relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in luxury household and event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury household management or event coordination.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service in high-end environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and protocols.
• Familiarity with event planning software like Cvent or Eventbrite is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as you’ll be responsible for client transportation and logistics.
