In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our sales team, ensuring that all customer interactions are seamless and satisfying. Based in Bali, you'll work remotely from our key locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
As the Lead Verifier, you'll be responsible for verifying customer data, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met. You'll use tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to manage customer interactions and data. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 6,000,000 - Rp 9,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Verify and manage customer data using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and follow-ups.
- Monitor and report on customer engagement metrics.
- Provide training and support to junior team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer success.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or a related role.
- Proficient in using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with data verification and management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
