Duta Bimo Medical Center is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead GA Staff to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general affairs, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for healthcare. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including scheduling, coordination, and supervision of staff.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines.,Manage and maintain the facility's inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking supplies.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services.,Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, filing, and data entry.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Provide support to the management team in achieving the facility's goals and objectives.,Ensure a clean and organized workspace for patients, staff, and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
