📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes for the health center.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the financial health of the health center.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
