Accor Corporindo is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Bantul. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and eager to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee onboarding/offboarding.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.,Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.,Participate in team meetings and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Bahasa Indonesia is required; English proficiency is a plus.
