📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with therapists and support staff.
• Teach a diverse range of subjects using Montessori-based methods and adaptive techniques.
• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for children with special needs.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and therapists.
• Collaborate with the school's multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for children with special needs.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in special education and inclusive teaching.
• Participate in school events, field trips, and community activities to enrich the learning experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs in a Montessori or inclusive setting.
• Certification or training in special education, such as the Montessori Approach to Special Needs or the Certificate IV in Education Support (Australia).
• Strong knowledge of child development, learning disabilities, and inclusive teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for education, empathy, and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of children.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
