📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to meet customer demands and ensure product availability.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors.,Conduct regular site visits to assess distribution points and identify improvement areas.,Prepare and submit reports on distribution activities, including sales performance and inventory levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution or related roles.,Strong understanding of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market conditions and customer preferences in Gorontalo.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field activities.
