📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning, coordinating, and conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.,Review financial records, documents, and processes to identify areas of risk and non-compliance.,Work closely with internal audit team members and other departments to ensure a thorough and efficient audit process.,Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.,Support the development and implementation of internal control frameworks and procedures.,Provide guidance and training to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international standards (e.g., ISA, COSO) is a plus.,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
