📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Write user guides, API documentation, and release notes,Ensure technical accuracy and clarity of documentation,Review and edit documentation for consistency and quality,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, Markdown),Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
