📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the real estate and property management portfolio, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and rented out efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.,Manage a team of property managers and maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance.,Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other service providers to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed on time and to a high standard.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing regular reports for senior management.,Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate and property management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with property management software and other relevant tools is a plus.
