📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the section, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor and analyze section performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Maintain a safe and secure work environment, complying with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging open communication and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a section head or similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
