📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill various roles within the company.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct job analyses to understand the needs of each position and create accurate job descriptions.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
