PT Galih Akasia is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.,Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the planning and execution of training programs.,Support the HR team in any other duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills are a must.
