PRISM Abadi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct internal audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
