As a Lead Quality Control, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes to ensure our products and services meet the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Lead a team of quality control officers to maintain high standards of quality.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and patterns.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met across the organization.,Provide training and support to team members to enhance their quality control skills.,Ensure that all quality control activities are documented and reported accurately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001.,Proven track record of improving quality control processes and outcomes.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with insurance industry standards and best practices is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
