📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles,Ensure that all vehicles are in safe and operational condition,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures,Train and mentor junior mechanics,Monitor and report on maintenance costs and performance,Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely repairs and maintenance,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in the automotive industry,Proven track record of successful fleet maintenance and repair,Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures,Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,Valid driver's license and good driving record
