📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment department.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's employer brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
