Urban Home Sentosa is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate benefits administration and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills.,Support the management team with HR-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
