In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the financial health and stability of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Monitor and manage the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors.Work closely with the management team to ensure the financial health and stability of the company.Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial resources.Oversee the company's accounting and auditing functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record of success.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.Proficient in the use of financial software and accounting systems.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
