📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the local market and customer base is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a requirement.
