📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer orders.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure timely restocking.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen procedures and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and inventory.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
